River Trade Terminal Co. Ltd. ("RTT") is committed to complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("the Ordinance") of the Laws of Hong Kong SAR. RTT also strives to ensure that our staff comply with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
RTT collects, uses, and processes personal data provided by employees, customers, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders strictly for purposes directly related to the operations of the terminal. Such purposes include, but are not limited to, logistics and container/cargo management, operational coordination, security monitoring, customer service, fraud prevention, incident management, compliance with regulatory and legal obligations, and administrative support.
All personal data collected by RTT is handled with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party except where required by applicable laws, regulations, to authorized contractors bound by confidentiality obligations, or with the explicit consent of the individual concerned. RTT implements comprehensive technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, misuse, or modification.
Individuals who have provided personal data to RTT retain the right to request access to, or correction of, their personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance. All enquiries or requests regarding RTT's privacy practices or personal data management should be submitted in writing to the Data Protection Officer at the official contact address dpo@rttc.com.hk or by post at 3/F Terminal Office Building, 201 Lung Mun Road, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong. RTT pledges to respond to such requests promptly and in accordance with statutory requirements.
By engaging with RTT - whether in person, online, or by written correspondence - you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and management of your personal data in accordance with this statement. RTT reserves the right to amend this statement periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable legal requirements and to reflect best practices in personal data protection.
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT
(CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS)
This Personal Information Collection Statement ("PICS") sets out the purposes for which the information provided by you will be used following collection, what you are agreeing to with respect to our use of such information and your rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap 486. This statement may change from time to time, so please check back periodically.

- Name (in English and Chinese) and Job Title of Contact Person(s)
- Phone Number(s) and/or Fax Number(s)
- Email and/or Mailing Address(es)
You are not obliged to provide the Personal Data. But if you do not, we may not be able to establish or maintain the business relationship, or to provide the requested services.
- Purposes and Use of Data
The Personal Data you provide will be used for the following purposes:
- To facilitate business activities regarding services, deliveries, invoices, orders, contracts, payments, and account administration.
